Well maybe.
Things are starting to look better under AVB. He looks like he’s going for a new system 4-2-3-1. Playing 2 holding midfielders, Torres as the main striker with Matta just behind him. It get’s the best out of Torres.
I just think there is a quiet revolution going on in SW6. Lampard, Drogba have been benched. But they along with Malouda are the type of players who you need to come on when you need a goal.
Chelsea have spent a few quid in the last 12 months, Ramires is starting to look good, Essian but with goals. Torres movement this season has been excellent just needs a few goals and he’ll take off. If he doesn’t Sturridge, Drogba, Anelka can all play that role.
Still think we need another player to complete the jigsaw, but my sources inform me that Modric is coming in January for £50mill.
Mr Richard I love my stats Malpass might think I’m getting carried away, especially after last weeks result against United. But as he loves he stats do much they clearly showed that we played United off the park.
I think it’s United that are getting carried away. No Rooney yesterday and the goals dry up. Which I suggest will be United’s Achilles heel. He just can’t keep up those barnstorming performances all season, the season is too long. One man team.
It’s a long season, just don’t write this Chelsea team off we still have quality players all over the park and AVB could just be the man to get the best out of them.
